Connecting Adoptive Parents and Birth Parents Across the U.S.
It was high time for the adoption industry to utilize today's technology to create an alternative to adoptive parent profile scrapbooks. AdoptMatch is an app created by an adoption attorney to give birth parents wanting to place their child for adoption access to parent profiles across the nation and to facilitate initial contact with home study-approved parents working with an adoption professional. Unlike many of the existing web-based adoption matching services, all potential matches on the app are conducted with the oversight of an adoption professional.
GOALS
Create a modern and fresh adoption brand that stands out amongst competitors’ outdated branding & design.
Educate audiences on the need for this service in the adoption industry.

Website and app mockups
Along with the Marketing Director and tech team, our goal was to create a branded and informative website, mobile app, and web app. We created a comprehensive website filled with expert resources for adoptive families, agencies, and expectant parents. The website serves to educate visitors on what the app does and the need for this service in the adoption industry.
The mobile app was updated with design updates for consistency with AdoptMatch’s branding.

Custom Digital Graphics
Modern. Minimal. Playful. Communal. Familial.
These are some words to describe the AdoptMatch brand. Digital illustrations and icons were used to give the brand’s web presence a touch of playfulness, which speaks to the child- and family-centric nature of adoption.
The graphics below were used on social media, the website, and e-mails.

E-Mail Marketing
E-mail marketing campaigns and transactional e-mails were designed using Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp. Graphics and decorative elements helped e-mails stand out amongst other adoption agency and attorney e-communications.
E-mails sent to AdoptMatch families have an average open rate of 76.07% and e-mails sent to adoption professionals have an average open rate of 46.05%.
